Conditions for the restaurant

Access to the restaurant is by reservation only.

Consumption is to be paid in addition.

Opening days of the restaurant: Monday to Friday evening from May to the end of October and Tuesday to Saturday evening from November to the end of April. If in doubt, please contact us to make sure the restaurant is open. 

The restaurant is open from 7pm to 10pm

Reception at the restaurant between 7pm and 8pm


The breakfast buffet is 9.50€/adults and 4.80€/children up to 12 years old. 

Cancellation policy: 

Flexible - 7 days

The client will be able to cancel his reservation free of charge until 23:59, 7 days before arrival. The client will have to pay the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 7 days before the arrival.

You allow customers to change the dates themselves:

Once only, at least 3 days before arrival

If the rate is the same or higher than the original reservation

If the booking conditions and the type of accommodation remain the same

Cancellation period

No fee charged for reservations cancelled 1 hour after booking

Children conditions:

Children of all ages are accepted. They must be mentioned at the time of booking. There is a supplement depending on the capacity of the room beyond 2. or if the sofa bed has to be prepared (20€ /child, maximum 2 per sofa bed)

We provide free cots with mattresses for babies (we have a maximum of 2)

No cribs

No extra beds

Clients who book via encode their credit card at the time of booking and allow a credit card imprint of 500€ as a guarantee for any damage caused, released 7 days after booking. 

General conditions of reservation

Hotel en Location Directe

Article 1 : This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in hotels approved by the security committee.

The best welcome will be reserved for the guests. The owner undertakes to personally ensure their reception with all the desirable attentions allowing to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the region.

Article 2 - Duration of the stay : The customer signatory of the present contract concluded for a determined duration will not be able to prevail himself under any circumstances of an unspecified right to the maintenance in the places.

Article 3 - conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has booked online, or by phone, entered his personal details, shared his credit card information, validated and received the booking confirmation. For any question or problem during the reservation, please contact us. 

The prices are inclusive of all charges according to the description, excluding tourist tax.

Article 4 - absence of retraction : For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the retraction period, and this in accordance with the article L121-21-8 of the code of the consumption relating in particular to the services of lodging provided at a date or according to a determined periodicity.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the client : Any cancellation must be notified to the owner.

a) Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: 

If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who will ask for the payment of the balance of the price of the stay.

b) If the client does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day of the beginning of the stay, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his hotel rooms. The deposit remains the property of the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.

c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains entirely with the owner.

d) The owner reserves the right to change the client's room for an equivalent or superior room if necessary or convenient.

The additional services not consumed will be refunded.

Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner: When the owner cancels the stay before the beginning of the stay, he must inform the customer by e-mail or by telephone by making sure of the good reception by the customer.

The customer, without prejudice to the recourse in repair of the possibly undergone damage, will be refunded immediately of the paid sums. Except if the owner proposes a solution of lodging in another establishment of proximity. The owner commits himself, with his agreement on the chosen establishment, to pay the difference in price of rehousing if this one is superior. If no alternative accommodation is available, the client will receive an indemnity at least equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.

Article 7 - Arrival : The client must arrive on the day and at the time mentioned at the time of reservation (between 4pm and 10pm). In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner, in order to agree on the arche to be followed to recover the room.

Article 8 - Payment of the balance : The balance is to be paid at the departure of the owner.

The consumptions and the additional services not mentioned in the present contract will have to be paid at the end of the stay to the owner.

Article 9 - tourist tax : The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the Treasury.

Article 10 - use of the premises: The customer will have to respect the peaceful character of the premises and to make a use of it in conformity with their destination. He commits himself to return the rooms in good condition.

Article 11 - capacity : The present contract is established for a precise number of persons. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 12 - Animals : The present contract specifies whether or not the client can stay with a pet. In case of non respect of this clause by the customer, the owner can refuse the animals.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the client, no refund can be considered.

Article 13 - Disputes : After having referred the matter to the Domaine de Bersaillin and in the absence of a satisfactory response within a period of two months, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website :
