A new menu is created by the chef each season. And for those who stay at the domain for several days, the chef can propose a new menu each additional day, only on reservation.We also offer group menus with or without entremet, for all occasions: birthdays, christenings, farewell parties, company meals... These services are only available upon reservation.The Restaurant is open :
Between November and April from Tuesday to Saturday from 7 pm Between May and October from Monday to Friday from 7 pm

The sandwich formula to take away is composed of
a sandwich with comté cheese and ham, salad, tomato, a fruit and a drink It is proposed at 10€/pers On reservation at the reception preferably the day before for the next day
Individual prepared dishes: dishes and desserts are eaten in their pot after simple reheating in the microwave. Produced in France by Val de Luce, Master Craftsman in Picardy. High quality ready-made meals, created by Val de Luce, a company founded in 1981, made by hand, in jars with no added coloring or preservatives.
Taste and sanitary quality: local recipes by Philippe Boucquez, Master Craftsman, and partner Chef Michel Grobon (former Chef at the Maison Blanche). Val de Luce is certified ISO 22000 - Management of food safety.
