Former dependencies of Bersaillin Castle, this 18th-century manor house nestled in the heart of a 9,000 m² park carries within it a history that we bring to life today with gentleness and authenticity.

Originally from Strasbourg and adopted daughters of the Jura region, we chose to settle at Domaine de Bersaillin to build a beautiful family adventure, surrounded by our two daughters. Behind Domaine de Bersaillin are Jessica and Zélie, passionate restorers, a couple from Strasbourg who have become true Jura at heart, parents of two children. We imagined this place as an extension of our home: a hotel-restaurant in our image, warm, sincere and vibrant, where simplicity, nature and culinary delight blend seamlessly.
