Restaurant terms conditions

Access to the restaurant is by reservation only.

Consumption is subject to a supplement.

Restaurant opening days: Monday to Friday evenings from May to the end of October Tuesday to Saturday evenings from November to the end of April. If in doubt, please contact us to make sure the restaurant is open.

The restaurant is open from 7 pm to 10 pm

Reception at the restaurant between 7pm 8:30pm

Breakfast:

Plated breakfast is €14/adults €10/children up to 12 years.

It is served between 8 10 am.

 

Cancellation policy:

Flexible - 7 days

Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 23:59, 7 days before arrival. Customers must pay the full amount of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.

You authorize customers to change dates themselves:

Once only, at least 3 days before arrival

If the rate is the same as higher than that of the original booking

If the booking conditions type of accommodation remain the same.

Cancellation period

No fee charged for reservations cancelled 1 hour after booking

 

Children's conditions:

Children of all ages are accepted. They must be mentioned at the time of booking. There is a supplement depending on the capacity of the room beyond 2. if the sofa bed has to be prepared (20€ /child, maximum 2 per sofa bed).

We provide free cots with mattresses for babies (we have a maximum of 2).

Customers booking via www.domainedebersaillin.fr encode their credit card at the time of booking allow a card imprint of 500€ as a guarantee for any damage caused, released 7 days after booking.

 

General booking conditions

Hotel en Location Directe

Article 1: This contract is intended for the exclusive use of hotel reservations approved by the safety committee.

Guests will be given the warmest welcome. The owner undertakes to personally ensure their welcome with all desirable attentions to facilitate their stay knowledge of the region.

Article 2 - length of stay : The customer who signs the present contract concluded for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 3 - conclusion of contract : The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has booked online, by telephone, entered his/her personal details, shared his/her credit card information, validated received the reservation confirmation. If you have any questions problems during the booking process, please contact us.

Prices include all charges according to the description, but exclude tourist tax.

Article 4 - No right of withdrawal: For bookings made by post, telephone internet, the tenant does not benefit from the right of withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code relating in particular to the provision of accommodation services supplied on a specific date at a specific time.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the customer: All cancellations must be notified to the owner.

a) Cancellation before the start of the stay :

If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the owner, who will also request payment of the balance of the price of the stay.

b) If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the scheduled start date of the stay, the present contract becomes null void the owner may dispose of his hotel rooms. The deposit remains the property of the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.

c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains the property of the owner.

 

d) The owner reserves the right to change the customer's room to an equivalent superior room if necessary convenient.

Any additional services not used will be reimbursed.

Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner: If the owner cancels the booking before the start of the holiday, he must inform the customer by e-mail telephone, ensuring that the customer has received the cancellation in good time.

Without prejudice to any claims for damages, the customer will be reimbursed immediately for any sums paid. Unless the owner offers accommodation in another nearby establishment. The owner undertakes to pay the difference in the price of rehousing, if this is higher, with his agreement on the chosen establishment. If no alternative accommodation is available, the customer will receive compensation at least equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.

Article 7 - Arrival : The customer must arrive on the day at the time specified at the time of booking (between 4pm 10pm). In the event of late delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner in order to agree on the procedure to be followed to collect the room.

Article 8 - Payment of the balance: The balance must be paid on departure from the owner's premises.

Consumption additional services not mentioned in the present contract must be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.

Article 9 - tourist tax : The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the Treasury.

Article 10 - Use of the premises: The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He/she undertakes to return the rooms in good condition.

Article 11 - capacity : The present contract is established for a precise number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of guests than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.

Article 12 - Animals: The present contract specifies whether not the customer may stay in the company of a domestic animal. Should the customer fail to comply with this clause, the owner may refuse the animals.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the customer's departure, no reimbursement can be considered.

Article 13 - Disputes: After having referred the matter to the Domaine de Bersaillin, failing a satisfactory response within two months, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details procedures are available on his website: www.mtb.travel
