Behind the Domaine de Bersaillin are Jessica and Zélie, passionate restaurateurs, a couple
from Strasbourg and now from the Jura, parents of two children. We imagined this place
we imagined it as an extension of our home, a simple, sincere place where we welcome guests
as we like to be received.
We like good produce, local, seasonal and things done with care, without artifice.
